From 1989 through 1992, my bankruptcy practice consisted exclusively of Chapter 11 business reorganizations. I have remained current on Chapter 11 law and can provide reorganization services under that chapter to small businesses. If you operate your business as a sole proprietorship, I may also be able to address your restructuring needs through a Chapter 13 plan.
